Mike AshleyIt is reported that one of the groups has put together the cash for a buyout offer of Newcastle. We know that the due diligence process for the groups started yesterday, and with one of the groups putting the cash forward, it is good news for NUFC fans.
We do not know which of the 4 groups has come forward with the package, but hopefully it will not be Freddie Shepard, who insulted many Geordies during his time as Chairman of Newcastle. We pray that the sale will go through soon, as we await for any potential announcement of Alan Shearer being appointed.
